We lived there for about a year and a half, for the money it was a great place, washer-dryer and AC which you don't see that often in the price range. We had a noisy neighbor but they moved out and from then on it was pretty quiet. The neighborhood was nice and MAX is very close which made my commute to work easy. We had to move due to a new baby and needed a 3 bedroom. We have a friend that lives there and they have no complaints.
