I am curious that you let them take your security deposit without making detailed enquiries as to the meaning of the codes you refer to. I have been in this block for four years and have been generally very impressed with the amenities, the services provided, the friendliness and help of the staff and their willingness to try to constantly improve the living conditions. All of which leaves me thinking it must be you and not the management which is at fault here.

I wrote 18 emails and 12 phone calls requesting the codes and photo any proof - I received none. I am now suing them. I also have 6 witness statements that my apartment was spotless. BUT YOU DO KNOW THAT AS YOU ARE THE MANAGE. As everyone says why would a uninterested party respond.
