	New management has really made a difference in response to maintenance and property appearance in general. Nice quite community - we like it here.

	Lived there for years. Massive problems with mold inside and out, as well as rotting wood siding. Maintenance is non-existent despite what they would tell you. The rain gutters never get cleaned and we've seen 3-4 foot plant growth out ... more
