this place is a joke. when we first moved in, we noticed a smell that wasnt quite that 'new apartment' smell...it was CAT PEE...b/c the previous tenant had an illegal cat who peed in one corner of the room. we had to basically fight tooth and nail for them to replace the carpet...it took about a month total for the carpets to be totally replaced, which should have been done anyway b/c they were filthy.

second, not too long ago they needed attic access, cut a hole in our celing to get into it and told us in a week, they'd be back to fix it.... here it is almost 2.5 motnhs later, and the hole still is not patched.

overall, the apartments a kind of cute, the location is good, but the managers are really a pain in the ass to deal with. dont live here if you expect good treatment and speedy maintenence.
