Literally Stinks! Tons of Spiders too.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I move units due to the smell of pets from prior tennants. They are able to hide the smell somehow until you get settled in. My new unit stinks too. It's embarrasing to have company due to smell. I kill about 3 spiders a day. I constantly walk through webs on my front porch. If work orders get done, it take constant complaining for it to happen.
