We highly recommend this place! Very nice landscaping and customer service is great! As for the comments on the spiders, I asked the office and they said there's weekly sprayings and if we just let them know if we get any, they'll have our apartment specifically sprayed. So there is a solution if there is a problem. Year round pool and spa and close to shopping and the highways. It's great!

I was thinking about moving here. What is the story about the one time non-refundable move in fee of $150? And then the parking situation...do you have to pay ($15) for each space? Where do guest park? Is there extra storage space for bikes sports gear?

Shop around, alot of apartment communities charge the move in fee-I found out. Carport parking is FREE!! Lots of extra parking too! I have a storage closet off my patio and my neighbors do too. It's a nice place! Check it out..........perhaps you'll be my neighbor
