It's true. This place has changed managment frequently. Till this last manager. I have found 2 sets of rules one for him and his friends and one for the rest of us. Getting work done is like pulling teeth. Complaints are handled childishly with retibution. Always maintenance issues. Not just slow to respond but angry and always blaming the tenent. The fact that the buildings are over 20 years old and falling apart does not stop them from blaiming the tenants for mold issues, falling apart doors, windows, cabnets etc. To make matters worse they are always pushing the letter of the law. Some repairs are to be done in x amount of time, like replacing a water heater with in 24 hours. Here your lucky if it's done with in a week. One of the more annoying issues is that nobody pays the same in rent you could be paying a $100.00 even $200.00 a month difference to a neighbor in the exact same unit. Most of the people that move in are unhappy and angry in no time at all. And it always boils down to the same type of issues. Managment cares only about it's self and walks all over the tenants to get it their way. It's like renting from spoiled children. We even had dogs bite people and this same manager has swept it under the carpet, made it go away. If there is a law suit going on the people need to talk about it more!
