When we moved into this unit it wasn't so bad. There were some problems with the unit, it wasn't in the best shape, but it was an apartment. Shortly after we moved in we began having a lot of issues with the apartment, including bad appliances, bugs, and leaks. We have requested service, and each time something breaks the response is slower and slower. Most recently the entire apartment became infested with ants for the third time in less than 6 months. This most recent time I am repeatedly being told that they can't come out today to take care of the issue but will be back tomorrow. I have never wanted out of a lease so badly in my entire rental history. Unfortunately they tie you into balloon leases which unless you have a large sum of money to pay off the lease, you're stuck in it. Would not recommend this unit to ANYONE.
