I've lived here for about 7 months now and I don't have too many complaints. I've only had a few problems...Disposal didn't work for the first week I lived here, kitchen faucet broke(it was fixed within a few days)..When they redid the cedar chips around the grounds they didn't put the notice on my door until I had already left for the day, so when I got home there was cedar dust ALL over my kitchen. They should have left the notice the day before. Parking is a cake walk. Only twice have I had to park more than 10 feet from my stairs. I don't care for the layout of the bathroom. When I'm getting ready in the moring, I always wake my boyfriend up because I have to turn the light on in the vanity area. More of an annoyance than anything... Large dogs are allowed. They say that they have a 40lbs weight limit, but I don't think they really adhere to it. Having a washer/dryer in unit is nice, but they are tiny! You can fit like 3 towels in the washer or else it shakes like crazy. I've never had a problem with the neighbors or noise. You can hear the shower running, but that's not a big deal. Management seems efficient, but I haven't had to deal with them a lot, so who knows. They've always been really helpful for me. I have a 2nd floor apartment and my highest PGE bill was $110 and I've never paid more than $40 for utilities. When I moved in they had installed all new flooring, so that was nice! I'm nervous to leave since I've had a pretty good experience here. The only reason I'm going is because I want more space for around the same price. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place! Hope this helps! :o)
