it is the WORST place I've ever lived... they have done needless crap to the place but refuse to fix the broken 1970's stove. They have turned off the water 13 times in 11 months. the have resided twice.. and repaved twice IN 11 MONTHS.. there is some one coming to my door telling me to move my car or stuff that is on my back pourch EVERY DAY THIS WEEK.. I don't have enough room in the apt to put bikes and fire wood. The lay out also looks good in the model but is horrible to live with.. I mean there is no real way to lay out your stuff.. and forget a table to eat at.. NO ROOM AT ALL. I am in a 2/2........... In 11 months I have had 30 problems to call the people to come take care of the place.. not to mention the fleas and we don't have any pets. There is so many cats that we put the trash outside the door for 2 min before we went to take it out and when we went out there was five.. yes FIVE cats that tore through the bag and trashed the front porch. I would not advise to ever live here. They will not let us break the lease, even if we FIND a replacement person for under $1800. and to renew the lease they are raising the rent to 1000 300 more than what we are paying now.
