No good reason to live here

We lived here under Holland Residential only. If you decide you like the Model, make them an offer for it. The unit you get is not nearly as nice.
EG: Get used to hearing your neighbor. The walls are thin and uninsulated. We have had the pleasure of hearing our neighbors sex life and arguments. When you move in, try to get a unit with neighbors that watch the exact same TV shows you do, then their TV Noise will not drown out your tv.
Forget maintenance. They do show up, but rarely are things repaired long term.
Pets and Children. Don't bring them. The property has a dog policy in writing, but they permit pit bulls, just call them American Bull Terriers, they allow them. Children have nowhere to play except in the street or on the lawns that are sprayed with unknown herbicides. Management does not know, or will not say which herbicide they are spraying on the lawns, sidewalks and first floor patios.
They started a 4 week repaint project, 6 weeks ago, and management says it will be 4 to 6 weeks till they are done. Not an issue, the workers live in an apartment and enjoy their time off with their loud mariachi music, screams of joy, fireworks, and driving their dirt bike at 40 to 50 mph around the complex after 9:00 pm.
Enjoy your time at Stone Ridge at Cornell, then everywhere else will look much better in your future.
