Aside from the fact that we can hear our neighbor above us peeing.. the manager ---- is a complete idiot who is incapable to following through on anything. We requested repairs on 4 seperate occasions and never had this completed until we threatened to report to the CEO of holland Residential. Holland Residential advertised on live television KATU channel 2 that should you lose your job they say and i quote "rather than working against our residents, we should stand by them in trying times, go ahead and tear up your lease, it doesn t affect your credit, it doesn t affect your initial cost, there are no penalties etc." The CEO of holland himself quoted this on the news, yet last week when we notified the complex that there was a layoff in our household we were told this didnt apply to current tenants who actually paid their rent on time. what a crock! false advertisment and dishonestly is the only way this company gets anyone in the door. DO NOT MOVE HERE. TURN AWAY FROM THE LIES! The police are constantly here, 2 times a friend had their car tampered with and attempts were made to break in. Its not worth the cramped space!
