We moved in about a month ago and it hasn't been bad at all. Its an apartment so noise is expected from neighbors, you share walls for goodness sake. The dog poop could be picked up some, but that's really the only problem we have across. Our carpets needed to be cleaned and that was done within 24 hours, also our washer temps were flip flopped and that was taken care of right away as well. The management is really nice and helpful. I will update if anything changes as I know people do read this and never get an update.
