We lived in this place from 2000 to May 2006. This statred out as an ok place to live but once they got new management and allowed HUD to be accepted it went down hill. They would hire people to fix stuff in the apartments but those people did not know anything about fixing anything at all. A few examples: Our bathroom sink needed replaced. They first took the old one out then put a new one in. The next day when using the new one it started to leak. The fist one it took three men to fix the sink. Then a guy came in and saw that it was leaking. They ordered a new sink, which took a week. This sink was round and the hole was oval. The repair guy said he could just put calking around the spaces. We told them no, it's the wrong sink. A diffrent person came and put a round sink in. Then they put caulking around the our side of the sink and none on the inside of it. Another time they had to fix the kitchen floor and they fixed wrong by putting the wrong type of board under it. Then when the guy did the floor he had to read a book about doing floors just to fix it.
There are always people hanging out side there apartment around the cars drinking beer and playing loud music. Neighbors have no respect for other people. Every week there were cops showing up to deal with something. Managemnet did not care about what was going on in the coplex. Pool is always dirty. There is an unsafe playground. We have seen people dealing drugs at times. The people who take care of the grounds are the same people that do the maintence. This place is now a horrible place to live. We moved because we felt unsafe and treted unfairly. Please do not move to this place.
