well when I first moved in here they had to redo the flooring just keep in mind the maintenance here is far, few, and between... They cant keep anyone but -------- hired ( who don't speak any English)... Maybe paying them under the table lets keep that between us though haha... broke my washer while in the process of doing the linoleum in the kitchen!!! Gave us a free months a rent for that HAHA how nice of them!!! the walls have primer not real paint and if it were real paint then cheap paint cause you cant wash the walls or they will peal... everything here is very old the dishwasher didn't work they brought us a new one 2 months later cause I PROTESTED it was a feature of the apartment and if I didn't receive a new one I wanted my rent lowered!! The oven was broken when we moved in here, 3 weeks later and we got a old one from next door!!! I had to clean and reline the cub bards cause they were so filthy!!! The rug was replaced 2-4 weeks after moving in they were support to be tan they were brown/black I had to walk with shoes on in the apartment during that time.. My car has been broken into and items were stolen out of my car and nothing ever happened and management didn't care!!! If your car gets broken into (don't advise the management)... 2 broken windows later, There has been a fire from poor maintenance!!! Don't throw anything out cause there are multiple people that garbage dig here during odd hours of the night!!! Drugs and -------- are popular here!!the ghetto/hood has nothing on this place thats for sure!!! everything has been fixed by my husband including we still have a whole on top of our sliding glass window from when we moved in they had to replace the door cause it would not open or close!!! parking is great but the breakage of the windows over rides that!!! Noise is always here either unattended kids to the bumping of a --------- circus music!!! They raised the rent saying they are improving the look NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!!

I Live here and everything that this lady said is exactly right this place is not somewhere you want to live. Nothing gets fixed if its not already broken the noise is ridiculous at all hours, people hanging around set up little parties in your parking space and drink & smoke with lawn chairs and there circus music during the summer. Hanging out of there windows from all sides of the complex staring and whistling. We have had a wonderful vistit from our upstairs neighbors since being residents here nasty cockroaches!!! Oh yeah and from my understanding over 75% of the complex got them so im surprised anyone left that out.. The exterminators had to come out 4 times only by me getting on my managers case. There gone now... Oh did i tell you about our sparkling pool???
