This complex is newly renovated and quite nice. The fixtures are modern and most all units, including the 1-bedrooms, have a W/D. The units are spacious, but the asking prices for rent are pretty outrageous. If you can negotiate them down, sometimes they can be worth it.
They have some large 2-bedroom townhouses that they are asking $1600 a month for...laughable, considering you can buy a nice condo for less and own it. Besides that, they are not worth more than $650/month for the 1-bedrooms and $850/month for the generic 2-bedroom flats.
There are a lot of college-aged young people who live here and make a lot of noise. There are also a lot of speedy drivers in the parking lot that put children and pets at risk.
Lots of friendly neighbors and unimposing small pets. Haven't heard any barking or seen animal feces laying around.
Management does not respond to complaints quickly and are fickle when it comes to rental specials. Pinnacle's management office is at the end of the middle NE buidling; address your complaints with the bigwigs if the vapid ladies in the office can't help you.
