Great staff and quiet place near downtown! From: sickboy84 Date posted: 7/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The staff at sylvan was always more than ready to help with questions or apartment needs. Overall the place is a very clean and peaceful environment. I have nothing bad to say about the commons. The only thing that would be a deterant is that their parking spaces are somewhat small so if you have a larger vehicle i.e. truck or SUV you might have a hard time with parking. But this is only a small price to pay for a great renting experience.
