Horrible sound insulation, bad parking, but clean and spacious

At night you can hear the tenant next door, turning on and off a light switch (or someone having sex three apartments down the hall)! Parking spaces are good only if you drive a motorcycle or a Fiat Uno. During weekends even fire lanes are blocked by parked cars. An emergency can be catastrophic. Management is indifferent. New manager (as of Fall 2005) is bossy and rude. Maintanance staff is super nice though. Complex does not have (or reveal the identity of) property insurance, so you would need to pay top dollar to insure your stuff. Place is clean and well maintained. Very nice views on the west side. Conveniently close to MAX if willing to use the free shuttle service. Certain apts in the complex exhibit very short tenure rate. It seems that someone always moves in and out of those.
