Beautiful proerty. Roped us in with promises of shuttle service to Max station. Was later given a notice that we couldn't pay with two checks- was told by the office mgr that now that they had done their push for new residents they were making some changes and that if people pay with two checks it wasn't as easy to sue them(!!!!!) Then got a notice saying we were in violation because we had a cat carrier and a bike on the patio... (we were told we could keep our bike on the patio when they signed us up.) This was followed up by yet another notice of "Violation and Disturbance" from the Multi-Family Housing Council reiterating our bike and cat carrier on the patio. (It is now in the middle of our living room).
I feel very hassled and threatened by the litigative attitude.
The same week they decided to cancel the shuttle service....
Many of the office staff are nice, but decisions seem to be made by the corporation.
Not customer service oriented! Yes, paper thin walls and difficult parking. And guests have no way of ringing a doorbell except a well hidden buzzer in the middle of the complex, so if you live at the front end it is very inconvenient.
If we would have known we absolutely would not have moved here.
