Robin, The Wicked WITCH of the West Hills! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   My wife and I were residents of the complex for almost a year and a half when we were served with a termination notice for no reason. We had never been late with rent or ever failed to cooperate with Management for any reason. After Robin accepted the position as Manager, the whole experience of "Highlands living" changed for the worse! I know for a fact that one of the office personal resigned her position with the company because of the unprofessional conduct and the inhumane treatment of residents required by Robin! Parking appears to be plentiful untill you try to park your car... We bought my wife a new car and within one week, the unrespectful tenants had managed to put over 15 dents in the sides of the car with their doors because the parking spaces are so narrow. They allow pets but don't require you, or even expect you to clean up after them(thus the low rating in cleanliness). The management made it such a hassel to even get packages (that they were obligated toaccept) that it is worth it to take the day off to receive them! Overall the experiance, when Robin took over, was a nightmare!
