After some recent events, I'm posting my two cents worth here too...
Everything else that people have posted about the complex is true.
The workout room is poorly ventilated and the management team refuses to replace any of the fans. The elliptical running machine hasn't worked right for several months.
Parking is an absolute nightmare. Your car WILL get dinged up here.
Yes, the manager is a total witch. I have never seen her be pleasant towards anyone. She doesn't seem to remember who is really paying her salary.
The buildings were poorly constructed (even by apartment standards) and you can hear everything your neighbors say. I can even here mine snore at night.
The management team recently posted 24 hour notice on everyone's door stating they would be entering to inspect. Shortly thereafter, a notice was left on my door saying that they had entered and completed their inspection. Then I came home from work a few days later and found another note stating that they had come in, UNANNOUNCED, to perform maintenance on the unit. I'm not sure about you, but I would rather have advanced notice that someone will be entering my apartment. It would also be nice to know exactly what they were doing inside of it!
The property management company obviously doesn't care, as complaints to them have gone unanswered. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere.
