It was brought to my attention that if anyone should be reading these posts from the tenants, it should be management, and I totally agree!
MAINTENANCE
FACT: Another fact that was brought to my attnetion. When I discovered that I had dropped a letter from my wife when we were first dating, I realized where I had dropped it within the past 30 minutes and went back to the apartment parking lot where I waas parked previously. It was already gone and I search a radius to no luck. So I stopped a passing maintenance crew who I see all the time in the lot and asked him if he had just seen a red envelope addressed to my address from 30 minutes ago in the exact spot I parked. He replied that he's picked it up, ripped it in half and threw in in the garbage. I went to the garbage and there it was (and I hadn't even had the chance to open it). I asked him why he ripped it and threw it in the trash without looking at the address posted on it and delivering it to the door or management, and he replied that he saw trash on the lot and cleaned it up. IT WAS A LETTER ADDRESSED TO MY APARTMENT THAT HAD NOT EVEN BEEN OPENED!! You've got to really be kidding me! I was just glad at that point to get it out o
The second time I flagged the maintenance crew down was in the cold morning, my battery had died. I finally stopped the crew member and asked if he could just my car with the big grounds truck or van that drives by every single day, and he said no. I asked why and he said he doesn't have a car. I asked what about the maintenance truck and van I see every single day and he said he couldn't, he is not allowed to give assitance with this request. So I called a tow truck and waitied for an hour.
The events told and explained are 100% true and not exagerate in any way. In fact, I am leaving oout quite a bit of detail. It gets to the point to where anything above this chaos is bareable, which defintely should not be the case. We all have the right to live life to its fullest and pursue hapiness. These are just another hurdle that should not even be there in the first place. An I'll tell you, only good people with common sense and a straight head on their shoulders will know exactly what I am talking about here, and you know who you are! I wish you good, happy, and fullfilled lives!

regarding the maint. stafff i think they do a great job both with the prop. as well as the grounds i enjoy the fact that someone is willing to clean up the trash every day and keep the grounds and faclitys cleaned good job guys and poss, gals
