STUCK!!! -Currently in new lease and so far, not good

I unfortunately must agree that my few experiences have been rude, condescending, and at times even untruthful. Moved into an important that was partially cleaned and when asked office staff to rectify this, they responded rudely and then still only partly corrected the many major cleaning issues. Parking is horrific, and the common areas are not maintained very well (ie; dirty, damaged, worn, etc.)But by far the management (office & maintenance) has been some of the most unprofessional, and unaccomodating I have ever experienced!

Again I'm perplexed by who these people are that keep having these so-called "problems?" - We've been living here for over 4 years and have never experienced any of the things people keep complaining about. The common areas are PRISTINE compared to most complexes - any time any one comes to visit that's the FIRST thing they comment on - in fact, I'm always amazed at how excellent they look! (and I have VERY VERY high standards) . . . Parking is tight but if people with trucks and SUVs would follow the rules and park in the overlow lot, it would be a lot better. Ditto for people who insist on parking over the line and taking up more than their fair share . . .
My only complaint would be the unsightly patios that some of the tenants keep - seriously guys, it's April, time to get rid of those dried up xmas trees!!! Thankfully I don't have to look at them . . .

I've been here for a while with my significant other and my 4 year old and really have had no problems. I guess if I had to complain about something it would be the horrible problem with parking. I noticed that the spaces were measured and painted to the minimum size allowable by law. I never see anybody in the hallways and everyone except my neighbors upstairs are very respectful. I love the view, love the place. Really not sure where the problems with management are coming from? They seem to rent to a professional crowd rather than college kids who party and that makes for a more relaxing experience. I love this place for the most part but hate the girl in ugly black glasses who lives above me.
