I checked this web-site before renting here and I am very happy with the result. The staff was very welcoming and friendly from my first call. I am in a very nicely furnished apartment and I was given a bunch of local information right when I moved in. The inside of the building is clean, it smells great, and I have only met very nice people. I have been here for 3 weeks and have been into the office several times to pick up packages. The ladies in the office (I think they're sisters) are so polite and funny and they treat me like I have been living here for months. I have to find a place of my own in Beaverton next month, and I will be using this web-site to find another Guardian property in which to live.
