As with most apartment complexes the walls and ceilings are paper thin so hear all neighbors, though ours do not seem too bad.

Location is great. Close to the Lloyd Center mall and 3 blokes to the MAX for easy and free commuting downtown.

Overall the place is not too bad. I've definetely lived at worse.

I do have some gripes:
The corridors smell of curry and cooking all the time.
The staff is never in! I think they manage more than one residence and claim to be out viewing an apartment but for 4hrs!!! this is especially annoying when the only time you have to go in is at the weekend.
Parking spots are narrow and there are plenty of large vehicles which make them even smaller.
There is not enough hot water for a bath!!!
