A cute place, but very cold

I lived in one of the Townhouses at the Ellington apartments for about a year, and overall I would recommend them. The townhouse was a really nice/cute place to live. I really loved the hardwood floors, BUT it gets very cold during the winter. Which is to be expected because the complex is about 60 years old and the only heating they had was a furnace in the living room. So if you can get by with wearing a few layers, then its a great place to live. The maintenance always got things done right away, and they did a good job too. Also there is a really nice park just north of the complex; its always really nice and well kept.
