Quiet area but thin walls make it noisy

Very poor sound insulation between floors,
I can hear the downstairs neighbor talking even though she is not yelling, just a normal conversation. When they turn on the shower downstairs the water running through the cheap plastic pipes makes so much noise I have to turn up the tv.
The grounds are really nice and the general area is very quiet, except for the schoolbus that comes at 6:30 am, which will wake you up because the sound goes right through the cheap walls.
So don't be fooled; the place looks great but you had better pray that your downstairs neighbor doesn't snore, plus you will be hit with a huge penalty (2 months rent!) to get out of your lease
