Beware and Look elsewhere

Where do I began' Management did nothing to resolve 5 months of complaining of a neighbor who blared their stereo at all times of the day! No joke, about 15 complaints had been made to management. It was only resolved when the tenant had finally moved out!
Management constantly offered new tenants lower and lower rent during my 2 year residence. Not once did they offer to lower my rent when the lease expired. They continued to increase the rent! And before I finally moved out, they offered higher rent to renew and an X-Box or Playstation 2 for free - I don't think so!
It's great that they keep up the grounds, but to paint the curbs every month is an annoyance!
The parking - the worst I've seen out 5 different apt. complexes! You can't find any parking unless you rent a carport or garage.
I would not recommend the townhome to anyone. Once you move in to the townhome, you will either hear your neighbors talking, blaring the stereo or TV, hear children screaming or have the pleasure of listening to your neighbor walking upstairs since the townhomes are identical, just reversed. It's very unpleasant at 10 or 11 o'clock at night to hear these constantly! The point is the walls are the thinnest I've ever known.
One more thing, the heating efficiency of these apts. is the equivalent to no heat. In the midst of winter, using the heater is a mute point since it's so cold you can see your breath. I had to hibernate in the upstairs bedroom with the heater on just to stay warm. I won't even mention the electricity bill during the winter months!
