Can't wait to move out!!!

This complex looks pretty. That is the end of the good news. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor snore DOWNSTAIRS. The units are not insulated and so the electric bill is more than double my last place, which was the same size and had the same heaters mounted into the wall.
The management is useless and a bunch of cowards. I got a 'formal notice to cease activities' because I accidently dropped an unlit cigarette on my patio and it fell through the floorboards, down to the neighbor's patio. It happened 2 times in 18 months and they threatened to call law enforcement.
The building quality is the worst i have seen. The complex is only 14 years old and they had to replace the windows already. Unfortunately, they bought the cheapest windows on the market and didn't install them properly. This is a contributor to the high noise and the high heat bill.
The straw that broke the camel's back was when the manager called me and personally lied to me on the phone. I don't like liars and will not contribute to their paycheck.
I would highly reccommend you do not live here. It is one of the most expensive places around and you get nothing except pretty trees.
