I've lived at The Frank Estate for almost three years and love the suburban location and easy access to downtown. My apartment has a view of a beautiful open area with lots of grass and a huge tree. I haven't been able to find anything like it at any other communities. The leasing staff is always pleasant when I need to make a request for maintenance or need a package. I love it here!!!
