At first look, this seems to be a very modern, beautiful, serene place to live. DO NOT let first glances fool you. After you get suckered into signing your ninimum one year lease, it all goes to hell. Problems galore and ZERO support from management. This place is turning into a total dive and the management could not care less. I could bore you with the specifics, but it would quickly turn into a novel. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The rent here is VERY spendy, and you get NOTHING for your money. Slow to non-existent managerial support will ensure that your stay here will be miserable and stressful.
