I don't live there, but having visited a friend only twice, that lives there, I don't think I'd want to. The comments about thin walls and no soundproofing between floors holds up with what I observed. And parking there is a joke. The spaces are so narrow that if you can get your vehicle into the space, either the driver or the passenger cannot exit the vehicle. Offload your passengers before you park. And hope that no one parks so close to your driver door that you can't get back into your vehicle.
