I don't even know where to begin with this place. I agree with most other reviews: the landscaping is beautiful. But that's where it ends!! The management is the WORST I have ever encountered in ANY customer service position. The on-site manager lied to us numerous times and to be honest, she was always extremely rude and had no respect for the tenants. When we moved in, they treated us like gold and made promises of great deals. However, six months into our lease, we were suddenly hit with additional charges that we were told we did not have to pay! Not only that, but when I was moving out and before I had all my things out, they gave the housekeeper a key to my apartment. She went inside and threw away numerous personal items and took home two valuable necklaces for herself. DON'T MOVE IN HERE!!!! The landscaping is NOT worth it!
