They like to give great move-in specials, but as soon as the specials are up, they jack the rent way up. My rent went up $200/month when I went month-to-month for a townhouse! I woke up one morning to some maintenance guys on my deck! When I asked what happened, they told me that they had taped a notice to my front door about the work. I never got one! I also had problems with outlets not working. There were two periods while I lived there when cars parked in the lots were getting broken into. Parking was always a problem, especially when guests came to visit. I also had a problem with lots of insects coming in to the apartment toward the end of summer into fall.
