Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
I have lived at the Frank Estate for two years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I have found the staff to be responsive and friendly and the grounds well maintained. Of course there will be problems when so many people are living on 35 acres of land, but overall I rate this facility A .
