After living several noisy, cramped apartments around Portland, I found The Frank Estate. The staff was upfront about costs and the maintenance staff fixed my fridge within a day of calling (so I have no idea what some other reviewers are talking about). It's a gorgeous area with plenty of walking trails and shopping nearby. A couple of my frieds actually moved in after they saw how great this place is.
