Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001
I lived at Frank Estates for 3 & 1/2 years in a 2Bed/2Bath apartment. Nice grounds & beautiful trees. During my stay, management changed. This is where the problem started. The response time in regards to service requests declined greatly. It is also very hard to find a parking space specially if you get there after 8:00PM unless you rent one in advance. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
