Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Lived on the property for two years (May of 2004) and the place is beautiful! Nice and quiet.
However, you'll be lucky to get so much as a hello from the neighbors. Not the friendliest place.
Also Management is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! Management was great when I moved in. They change faster than you can possibly keep up with. Had a check bounce on them and were served with an eviction notice with a demand to respond FOUR DAYS PRIOR! That's right I said prior. They DO NOT communicate with you and look at you like they have never seen you before everytime you come into the office.
And if you want them to call you back, FORGET IT! They won't do it.
Extremely rude and unprofessional!
If you are looking for management that actually gives a damn about their tenants, steer clear of the Frank Estate.
