They'd rather have you stay a year, maybe two, then leave so that they get more money for the apartment you have. There are no incentives offered to those that want to stay now that management has changed. Typical money grubbing management...and prepare to pay nearly 30 bucks a month extra for WATER! Ridiculous! Want to see more money fly out of your wallet':
A garage your car may or may not fit in is 75 bucks a month, car ports are 20 bucks a month, trash is 7 bucks extra a month...they are just RAKIN' in the dough here - YOURS.
