This place is seriously a joke! We lived there for two years and kept our apartment in excellent shape while doing so. When we moved out, they sent us a bill for almost $2,000! Claiming they needed to replace the carpet in the entire apt. becuase of 3 small stains that would easily come out with an average carpet clean. Management is also a total JOKE! If you move into this place, I would make sure to budget at least $1,000 for move out costs. THE SMALL DEPOSIT THEY HAVE YOU PAY AT THE BEGINING IS NOT A DEPOSIT, ITS A SMALL SUM THEY WILL CREDIT TO YOUR TOTAL MOVE OUT CHARGES! We paid $350.00 and all this did was make the end move out total $350.00 less than what they were trying to charge us. On top of the carpet, they also tryed to charge us for back months of rent when we paid our rent on time and in full every month. Management is incompetent and extremely disorganized. GOOD LUCK! You will need it!
