Lived here since July of 2005. No problems so far. The maintenance staff has done a great job each time I've called in a work order and I've had fun going to a couple of the community events at the clubhouse. The office staff is usually pretty nice and talkative when I stop by. Parking was a bit of a problem when I moved in, but it seems to have gotten a lot better in the last few months. Overall, its been a pretty good experience.
