This place is the biggest rip off ever!

When I first moved in I thought the high cost would be worth it because the place looks pretty nice and the apartments are fairly big, but boy was I wrong.
After only being here a couple months some of our problems were: sink plugged up; the TV cable set up was horrible; the gym is never open (they keep extending the time for it to open), the gym is too tiny, management is rude and not exactly on the bright side, maintenance can be iffy (when the sink was plugged we had to call 3 times to finally get them to come; and my power shut off randomly in my room, I had ants in my room for a couple of weeks, and there was mold growing in my roommates windows when we moved in. I'm sure there will be problems to come, so I can't wait to leave!
One more thing, very important thing to know, the apartments were built horribly. I know almost all apartments are that way, but with such high rent I expected something slightly better. They are extremely drafty, you need to keep the heat on all the time if you don't want to freeze, therefore the power bill is almost $200. And the water bill is pretty huge too. I never realized what a money pit this apartment was until it was too late.
The only nice thing about this apartment is it is pretty big and the kitchen is big. Having the trees everywhere and green grass is also nice. We have a pup in our apartment and it's nice he gets to have so much room to run around.
This place is a rip off, even though it looks nice...
I'm moving out at the end of this month, so we will see about the move out fees, the apartment is in mint condition, but I've heard A LOT of bad stories on how they rip you off with move out fees. I'm scared!
One last thing to touch on, I didn't really have a good experience with the girls at the management office. They tend to be rude and not give a .... about you...
I just think you should be warned about things that could happen to you at the Frank Estates :)
