I love the amount of green around the complex, its great if you have a dog. It would not be worth it to me if I didn't.
Like many places, the office staff is rude once you move in.
The apts were shoddily build (drafty, poor insulation) so the electric bill is ridiculous when you have the heat on.
When we moved in the refrigerator was broken and for months we had to call every week to have maintainence come back to fix it again. Finally they gave us a new one.
We are moving out as soon as the lease is up, but more because of location than quality.
ps if you are thinking about moving here consider all the construction of oleson road, not the frank estate's fault, nonetheless it makes getting around a pain
