The carpet is cheap. The apartment was filthy when I took possession. Appliances are low grade and not maintained. Every sound from the neighbors can be heard. The 10 mph speed limit is not enforced. Cars race through on a regular basis. Sidewalks have dirt all over them from moles. The staff is very unprofessional. One girl is very rude unless she is talking to a male. People walk their pets and do not pick up after them. Lots of drunk people fighting at 2 AM on the weekends. Toilets have to be flushed twice every time, thus wasting water. Maintenance is iffy. There is always an "emergency" that prevents a reasonable response time. This might have been top notch 20 years ago but is a very mediocre place to live now. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
