Great Community

I moved to the Portland area a couple of months ago and was very glad to have found The Frank Estate in SW Portland! The management staff was very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always prompt in answering my request and is very helpful as well. The only bad part about this complex is that parking is horrible since they added more fire lanes.
