nicest in the area From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   i have recently moved here and love it so far from reading other reviews for other apartments in the pearl...the Louisa is no doubt a better option! I have had no problems with apliances, noice, parking etc...the only downfall being the price! definitly a little pricey but you get what you pay for. i have a studio and its actually pretty spacious. There are many large dogs that other residents own and i have actually never heard any barking very sound proof! Luckly nothing bad to say!
