The Louisa

great location From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   I have lived at The Louisa for around five months now, and I am very pleased with my decision. The Louisa is a very attractive building that is well kept. The location of The Louisa is what sold the apartment to me. Everything you need is within walking distance. There are multiple retailers, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops located down or across the street. For example: Whole Foods across the street, 24 hour fitness six blocks away, and Diesel across the street, to name a few. I have lived long enough in The Louisa to experience both property management companies. Each company had/has their own respective positives and negatives. I have no quarrels with the current management, and I can honestly say that I believe that they are doing a great job. At times, the front desk concierge could use some help or guidance, but the property manager and leasing agents are always on top of their game. I have only had one service call, and it was fixed promptly the first time. The onsite management of the Louisa has been professional, as well as personable, with each of my experiences.
