If you want to be greeted by your fellow neighboors, walk two steps out the front door and be on the street car, or want to be respected by managment, then come on down. This apartment complex is a hideaway among a busy city. The people are friendly, the complex is clean, and the managment is very helpful. I love it here and don't plan on leaving any time soon. You are right - Great location and setting but poorly managed. You'll find out when your car is mistakenly towed. When someone trys your door in the middle of the night, not by mistake but to break in. Or when you hear about a neighbor who's car or storage unit is broken into. Am I upset? Heck yeah! I thought this place was great too and now I am disappointed and just want out. I mean, come on how long does it take to fix the floor in an elevator 6-7 weeks?? Unacceptable.
