Who writes the good messages on here' Looks like the property management folks to me. (All hype)
Make sure to ask the management about:
1.Construction next door in the evenings and weekends. 7:00am wakeup of jack hammers, cranes, welding and work lights til sometimes 9:00pm and Saturdays for sure.
2.Parking. Seems like at least 4-5 cars are towed a night. There is no guest parking on property and the lots fill up fast for residents. Sure you have an upper parking pass but get used to parking in the basement but not in the far corner where cars are broken into repeatedly.
3.Laundry Room. Some machines work some don't. Don't count on the dryers to actually dry.
4.The party crowd. It seems to be going down, but is still prevalent. Nothing like people yelling and running through the halls at midnight on a Tuesday. Puke in the entry was nice to come home to the other night.
5.Security. How many times have the police been to the property' How many break-ins' The garage gates are open til after dark in winter and sometimes like this past week they dont close at all. The buildings security is non-existent. Anyone can get in. All the doors to the low rise are broken or have been jimmyed open.
But hey no place is perfect. The location is great and the low rise apartments are beautiful. Most of the employees are nice and friendly but new tenant oriented. But realistically, if you are paying $800 and $100 parking for a 1 bedroom in what is supposed to be a higher-end building. You shouldnt even have to complain about things working, excessive noise, parking or especially safety.
So to the management who keep posting messages here to boost their rating. Maybe you spend time fixing problems and keeping residents happy not typing on the internet. How about a nice apology letter to all the current residents addressing the problems, why management has changed so frequently and what you are doing to fix the problems.

i am glad i read all of the complaints. i was going to move my retired uncle into this place. i am glad he can rest in his retirement at a place fitting to his senior citizen life, not a ghetto frat house. thank god for this site.
