This apartment building is horrible! Besides the construction that starts as early as 6:30 AM, now the office building on Lincoln (owned by the same property manager I'm told) is renovating from 10PM-5AM. All night you here the workers throwing things from the eighth floor to a dumpster causing loud crashing noises that sound so close that it could be happening in my bedroom. I work early so the three hours of sleep a night I have gotten the past month is not acceptable. Inside our building everything is broken. Not enough washers/dryers anyways, but 1/3 of them are always out of service. One of the two elevators are out of service daily. For the elderly people that live in this building I feel great sadness for because at some points you have to take the stairs just to get to your apartment because one elevator is being used to move a new tenant in and the other is not working. For people on the top floors I wonder how they get up to their apartment at these times' The lobby has a nice aroma of garbage. I wonder why they can't invest in some air fresheners, it's disgusting! My time here is almost up and I won't look back, but I warn people to look beyond the "fake picture" that is fed to you on the tour and find somewhere else!!!!
